Returns
Customers have 30 days from order delivery to initiate a return. Returned items must be in their original package and arrive in new and unused condition.
Return Process
Customers should reach out to our customer service department as soon as they decide they wish to return an item for any reason. We will send a return label at our expense. Customers should place the items set for return in their original package and attach the return label to the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
Exceptions
